1983 BMW 3-Series E21 320i With Alpina Mods For Sale

There are precious few e21’s left out there and even fewer look as good as this.  Without the Alpina mods this is just a well cared for e21, with the mods it is more presentable but none the better in terms of driving experience.

Heck, I can wear $200 shoes all day but they won’t make me any faster.  I know, I have tried.  That said it never hurts to look your best.

From the seller –

“Finished in nearly 100% factory original paint, this rust-free blue license plate California car is in exceptional, tastefully-modified condition throughout. Driven less than 6,000 miles per year, this 28 year-old classic BMW three series features a brand new perfectly running 2.0 liter inline four cylinder engine mated to a factory 5 speed manual overdrive transmission. It sports black Euro spec bumpers front and rear with front spoiler, custom Euro headlight washer system, genuine Alpina badging, Steering wheel and shift knob, custom gauges, stereo cd with custom navigation, manual crank sunroof and four-lug Alpina wheels with near new Falken Ziex 195/55/15″ high performance rubber.  Also included in the sale are the original 13″ alloy wheels. Overall this is a superb find for the Bimmerphile, classic car collector or for someone who wants a cool summer classic for a fraction of the cost of a new three series.”

This is a very clean little e21, with a buy-it-now of nearly $8k, certainly the reserve is a bit less.  Seems like a lot of car for the money.  I would be more than happy to have this in my garage to wax, dote upon, and take for the occasional spirited weekend drive.
