1987 BMW 325IC b+b For Sale, as in Buchmann of Germany!

September 29, 2008 by Dan

I had no idea b+b did anything other wheels and steering wheels. Here is a complete car modified by the tuner! Unfortunately this auction ended before I could post it, but considering I’ll never likely see one again, I’m going to post anyway.

1987 BMW 325ic on eBaymotors, modified by b+b Buchmann:

quote from seller’s eBay listing:

This is one of a kind! 1987 325IC BB with 34,900 original miles. This car was imported to New York in Dec. 1986. B+B Auto Exclusive Service in Frankfurt Germany. Here is more info on B+B http://wikicars.org/fr/Buchmann . I am the second owner of this car. This car has been Garage kept the whole time. I purchased this car about a month ago. I have changed the timing belt, adjusted the valves, changed the valve bolts. valve cover gasket, manifold gaskets, break fluid flush, transmission flush, differential flush. The car came with a 3.64 open differential, I have changed it to a 4.10 lsd. The original differential is included with the car. This car is in like new condition, the A/C works. Sunroof is in perfect condition. There are no leaks of any kind underneath this car. Engine runs super smooth. This car has a performance CAM that came original with this car. Also sport suspension. Momo steering wheel. The car has front fog lights and rear fog lights, there are 2 buttons for fog lights.

$12,500 for a 325ic with only 34k miles is of course high. But the rarity of the parts on this car probably easily make up for the difference. And it’s a euro-spec car so it has the nice bumpers and probably an easier breathing motor. For the e30 uber enthusiast, this car stands out big time!

Here is some background info on b+b at wikicars.
