I had a PPI done at Aker's Great shop, have been in Seattle since 1965. Aker races a Porsche-cooper and his son a 356... I've seen them every year at the historics. The car checked out great. Engine/Flyweel issues mentioned have been already taken care of. All records (big stack!) show meticulous care by previous owner. I'll be looking forward to your 964 guide- Great job you've done on this site. Dan at Speedware was great to deal with and I look forward to enjoying every mile in my new Carrera. I have owned just about every model 964 there is, 94 widebody, 94 speedster, 93 RSA, couple of coupes and even a standard 92 cab. I have not owned a C4 nor and AR. The all wheel drive system on the 964 is overly complex and heavy. Its a great unit but if it goes man does it get expensive. Hard to say just from the description whether they really did the gasket job on that car. And I have a soft spot for the 964 anyway, especially in black on black.
