There are only 3 RUF VINed RGTs in the U.S. Not only that, but the color and options make this particular specimen a one of a kind. A truly special car and not a bad price at all when you consider the amount of work that went into this vehicle when new, not to mention the original price. As judged by the miles, the car has seen very limited use. One would hope that a car of this pedigree got to stretch its legs and as such it has seen 1 or 2 Porsche Club track days. With a car like this though that's like saying you took your thoroughbred out for a quick run around the pasture, it doesn't mean a thing. Brakes are still 90+%. DC didn't realize this when he posted, but full disclosure, the original/previous owner is a family member of mine who was kind enough to let me go with him to the RUF factory in Pfaffenhausen Germany.
When it comes to normally aspirated streetable Porsche racers it doesn't get much better than this.
