Spotted this Guards Red 1984 Ruf 911 Turbo Cab on eBay with a Buy It Now of nearly $60k. In my mind, which is a scary place, there are some cars that I would be willing to pay stupid money for. $60k for this car may be stupid money but I would gladly write thatcheck without hesitation. It is not as if Ruf Cabs become available with great regularity, it is a rare sight when you can find an authentic Ruf car for sale. By authentic I mean a car that was prepared at the Ruf factory in Germany, not a car with a RUF sticker, red seat covers, and knockoff wheels.
Seller’s description of the car:

This may be as close to an investment level Porsche as you can find in this marketplace. The Ruf appears to be in excellent condition with only some interior refreshing needed, particularly the front seats. At close to 25 years of age that is understandable. Other than that this car seems to be turn key and ready to roll.
