I fell in love with Oak Hill Vidalia Onion dressing and needed to recreate a homemade version. I made your recipe first and it blew me away! I did alter it though, I don't believe in microwaves so I sauteed my onion and added a thick round of onion and blended in my Vita-mix. It chilled in the fridge for a couple of hours and boy oh boy!
