1989 BMW e30 M3 For Sale with 71k miles

Alpine White is one of the best M colors in my opinion, and of course this holds especially true on e30 M3’s. Here is a 1989 BMW M3 with 71k miles for sale on eBayMotors:

quote from seller’s eBaymotors listing:

[…]

EVO III splitter below the EVO II spoiler.

EVO rear flap spoiler.

EVO hood gaskets were installed front and back. A brand new extra set of EVO gaskets included.
The M3 has front and rear strut bars and Sport Springs
Brand new crossed drilled rotors, brake lines and differential cover installed…..all by South Bay Independent ( the leading West Coast M3 repair shop) We did not stop there the SBI custom short shifter was installed and just recently EVO red seatbelts and VDO gauges for Oil Pressure and Volts were added where the ashtray was formally.
From Turner Motorsport came OEM EVO front and rear wings while getting painted I had the front bumper re-painted and a new windshield installed ( no rust anywhere on this car).
The badges done in the mono scheme to stay in the Alpine/Grey/Black color .
The interior is 9/10. Leather is in EXCELLENT condition (just fantastic and rare for the tan interior cars). The back seats are perfect!!!…the fronts are in fantastic condition. The Steering wheel is a Momo Driver and a Hamman shifter and Momo boot. It also has the E30 arm rest.
A removable subwoofer resides in the back but factory speakers and amp are in place. A new Alpine cd player is installed and the factory OEM radio is included.
17″ Ronals that look great and the tires only have about 1000 miles on them.
ECU from Turner Motorsports.
E36 tension modification already completed.
EVO/European doorsills that bear the M3 logo…quite pricey.

Mechanically, the car is incredible. All maintainence and service history have been impeccably kept.

I just had a compression test done and all were 160-165 lbs.

The graphics are vinyl and can easily be removed if desired.

I love all the Evo mods on this car, though I’m a little less crazy about some of the less period correct upgrades. They’re nice, but they just don’t match. One thing is for sure though: This car is CLEAN! It’s already bid at a bit over $12k (reserve not met) and has 8 days to go. The last e30 M3 I posted was a local PNW car and it sold for about the current bid. Granted it had more miles and it was difficult to tell the condition compared to the photos seen here. But it’s in the same ballpark I think.

Update: Maybe this car isn’t in the same ballpark. It’s listed on S14.net for $27000!

Update: This post is out of date and the item listed is probably not available any more. Why not take a look at the BMW M3’s and parts that are currently for sale!

I like this car. I’d switch the wheels for original Sport Evo basket weaves if I could find a set, and also switch the shift knob and wheel. The M-Tech II wheel is the best choice for this car IMO.

Oh yeah, this wheel would look a lot better:
