The ex-Bill Auberlen, Joey Hand, Boris Said, Will Turner, Turner Motorsports car is from the Grand Am Cup/Koni Challenge and was purpose built from the ground up. The ad has videos of the car on track and an extensive list of the vehicle’s preparation.
The 3.2 liter engine pushing “around†400 horsepower has 6 hours on it. The six speed manual has 15 hours on the clock.
The seller says the car has $50,000 worth of engineering time put into the suspension setup.
This car is a lot of money, there are far cheaper ways to get into racing, but it is pretty nice to jump into a car that you know has already been well setup and comes with track notes. It sure looks like a fun car.
The car has traveled the country to race, I noted the unmistakable image of the Watkins Glen race track taped to the steering wheel in one of the pictures.
