Perhaps we should have designated this Mercedes-Benz E class week? First a clean, low mileage W210 E320 on Monday and then a rare 300TE 4Matic featured yesterday. Now we have this low mileage 1994 E320 sedan for sale in Philadelphia. This one looks exceptionally sharp in Midnight Blue and has only covered 66,000 miles.

As usual, with W124s of this period with the M104 engine, you’ll want to discern whether the wiring harness has been replaced or not. If so, you should be good. If not, one will have to budget aside a bit of cash, as this is a necessary repair. Otherwise, these are pretty reliable cruisers if you are looking for something with a bit of luxury that won’t break the bank on fuel costs.

Good looking car…rough looking neighborhood…
Shame about what appears to be a bad dent on the grille, right? Also, why does that shift lever seem out of place to me?
Am I the only tire kicker that gets weirded out by shined up engines on 20 year old cars?
It’s not always sunny in Philadelphia, JC. And I say this as a Philadelphian.

As long as the headgasket and transmission are solid, you’re good on this one.
Thanks, the link is now fixed.

I bought my last Mercedes (a lightweight hardcore MB ethusiast, I am 😉 from these guys. They were fantastic! They picked me up from the airport and I drove that car home four years ago. They sent me extra pictures and were all around quite pleasant if peculiar. The owner of this outfit is a German car aficionado and his collection at the site is a great testament to that, I assure you. The area has no idea what spectacular gems lurk behind that rolling door . . .
Can someone refresh my memory. Where the headlight wipers optional after ’94? I’ve seen a lot of E320’s without them.
