In start contrast to yesterday’s very clean but crack-pipe-priced Friday Fail M3, we have a well-tuned, low-mileage E36 M3. The yin to yesterday’s yang, this black 1995 coupe has mild engine mods including a Jim Conforti chip and intake while the suspension modifications are a bit more extensive, dropping it low over the lightweight Fikse wheels. With just 89k miles, it hasn’t traveled that much more than the white devil and is in nearly as good of shape – it’s just not being advertised as the ridiculous creampuff investment that the looney toons at Earth Motors were hocking. With a reserve auction and Buy It Now right under $16k, this is a clean and fast M3 that epitomizes their performance value right now.

This is a turn key E36 M3. I have been collecting cars for years and it is tough to find another one as clean as this one. My process is involved and detailed. Please understand what I have here is special. I would rate the Interior a 9/10 the seats are in great condition for the age of the car, the front seat bolsters have minimal wear. The carpet is clean covered with OEM Floor mats. The Front dash is very clean no cracks, the Rear seats are excellent, and Rear parcel shelf has no sun damage. The Exterior of the car is a solid 8.5/10. Front bumper has not been drilled for license plate, the car was ordered as spoiler delete from factory, but a factory style wing was installed on the car. The front bumper has minor chips. Tires are like new and have only have a few miles on them.
Under the hood the car features the revolutionary S50 Power Plant (3.0L 240HP). These engines have been noted to be one of the best M engines produced by BMW M GmbH. The E36 M3 in the late 90’s was known to be the car out performing every car in its class and is one of the most recognized M cars in the market place today. Whether you are buying this for yourself or your son/daughter, this M3 is a true gem. Tasteful upgrades include Jim Conforti Intake System, combined with the Stage 1 Performance Software and UUC Motorsports Exhaust System. To tighten up the suspension a Eibach Prokit was installed in combination with the Koni Adjustable Struts/Shocks. Finally to stiffen up the steering a strut tower brace was added by Ireland Engineering Non-Hinged Strut Brace along with the OEM BMW M3 X-Brace Reinforcement, which was only available on the convertibles from the factory by BMW.
No expense has been spared to properly store, maintain and address all preventative maintenance on this M3. Several performance updates were made to the car; however the car has never been on a track, drag strip or street raced. This car is an absolute blast to drive, sounds great and runs very strong. It will make a fun daily driver, or a great track car. The title is clear and in hand. Ask yourself where will you find another? As these cars get older it is only more difficult to find them in this shape! Bid with confidence!

It hasn’t crossed $10k yet, but if the reserve can come off below $13k this will be a great deal objectively. More so when compared to the goofballs who think lower-mileage E36 M3s can sell for over $30k.

very very nice…if it is as represented this is one fine E36…
frankly even though I have one (track car only now) I would buy this if it was not the luxury version.
Every little modification has been done in good taste IMHO…the Fiske wheels are great as is the DTM exhaust…to all the little engine bits…
