I feel kind of bad for the Z3 Coupe. The M Coupe of the same period has become a cult icon, but in the process, its sibling with less horsepower seems to be on the outside looking in. The Z3 Coupe, however, is a perfectly capable car in its own right. It might lack the Motorsport edge, but you can still get plenty of thrills out of this machine and have a decent amount of space in the back for that quick weekend getaway. Head still spinning from that expensive, low-mileage M Coupe we featured on our Facebook page yesterday? This Clownshoe is a little bit easier on the wallet.

This car surely looks clean, but come on, we couldn’t get a more at length description in the ad? At least the seller offered up his number for questions. Right now, the Z3 Coupe is a rather affordable modern classic, but with demand for M Coupes rising, the Z3 Coupe will probably benefit from some of that added attention. Equipped with a manual box, it’s a way to get a lot of the look and a good bit of the driving pleasure at a discount.

If you just want a daily driver and the mileage doesn’t have to be low…there is a great Estoril M coupe FS on Bimmerforums I just came across…just saying…same price (approx)!

The engine in this car (and all 2001/2002 non M coupes) is the 3.0 M54 with 225hp and 214 ft/lbs of torque. Not too far off the S52 powered M coupe and almost 200lbs lighter….
Thanks ColinD, I’ve edited the vitals accordingly.
