1999 BMW M Coupe

In the decade that has passed since its introduction, the BMW M Coupe has amassed a cult following. A two seat hatchback with looks that weren’t necessarily well received when it was new, the M Coupe has made a name for itself as an uncompromised sports car and hero of track days everywhere. When first introduced in 1998, US bound M Coupes came equipped with the same S52 inline six cylinder engine that was under the hood of the E36 M3. Later in 2001, the 3.2 liter S54 inline six found its way under the hood of the M Coupe, packing 315 horsepower in US trim. This M Coupe for sale in Florida is the earlier S52 powered variant that is looking sharp despite the distance under its tires.

1999 BMW M Coupe on eBay

You are looking at a RARE 1999 M Coupe in Estoril Blue over tu tone Blue/Black interior. Less than 3,000 M Coupes built between 1999 and 2001. All 1999 thru 2000 M Coupes have the s52 E36 M3 engine with 240hp. I bought in summer 2008 with 105k miles, now it has 110k miles. Dont be fooled by the mileage, most low mileage cars havent been driven enough, tend to sit and change owners alot, and most services are skipped. My BMW is in excellent condition and I have owned it the past 4 years.

As you can see by the pics, there are no dents, no dings, no rips, no tears, cold A/C and is in excellent condition with Vin numbers on all panels. All maintenance up to date and comes with service records during my ownership. Tires are in excellent condition and you can see the stock rims have no curb rash or blemishes. My M coupe is all stock except for the radio. I have owners manual, 2 keys, and clear title in hand. I am thinning out my car collection of 9, sorry no trades. Fly to Orlando, take a vacation, and drive home in a BMW. This BMW is listed for sale “as is” without any warranties.

This car is making me rethink my “never buy a high mileage M car” mantra. If this was a lower mileage example, it might bring somewhere between $15,000 to $20,000, but with over 100,000 on the clock, we’re probably looking at somewhere between $12,000 to $14,000. Even still, with this kind of mileage, this car is in fantastic condition and looks great in Estoril Blue. I have a hunch that like the original E30 M3, these M Coupes are going to take off price wise in the future. This may just be the chance to get in on the ground floor.
