Rubystone 2001 Audi RS4 Avant

If I’m honest, while I really like the R8…were I going to spend $100k on an Audi, it would be something a bit older and that would stand out. Can anything stand out much more than this car?

That’s right, this is claimed to be a one-of-one Rubystone RS4 Avant, and for good measure it’s got only 25,000 miles. It also seems to be a bit upgraded with lowered suspension and AP Racing calipers. But while the RS4 Andrew looked at seemed to be a good deal, this one…well, it’ll cost you.

A trully unique automobile is now available in our showroom. We at Garage-11 are proud to present our wonderful Rubystone Red (Sternrubin) B5 RS4. A car that sold new here in Sweden and stayed with its orignal owner until 2016. In total the car has had 3 users and was aquired by us in 2016.

As stated the car was painted from factory in Rubystone Red, a factory Porsche color, and remained the only one in the world in this color. A true one of one. The car has a wonderful story of origin and is thought to be one of the best examples in the world.

In its current state the car has AP brakes and a slightly lowered suspension but otherwise everything is as it left the factory. Having covered just over 41000km the car present beautifully with a intact interior with minimal wear.

If you have any questions about the car feel free to cointact us.

I have to admit….I uttered quite a long and low “woooooooooooooooooow” when I came across this one. What else is there to say? You definitely won’t do the party trick of the RS4 with this example – there’ll be no flying under the radar – but if you want an absolutely unique and seriously potent bit of Audi history, this is probably one of the best ways to achieve it. Is it a $150,000 car? Well, some really nice E34 M5 Tourings have traded up towards that level, and for me it’s a toss-up of which I’d rather have. Had I the money, I might be making a call to this dealer.

    What an exciting exterior color.
What a miserably bland and boring interior color. Sad.
