Following on to our Feature Listing Mercedes-Benz E320 Cabriolet from yesterday, here is another clean example for sale in Georgia, this time a final year, 1995 example. Finished in Imperial Red, this car has covered just over 40,000 miles in almost 15 years, typical for cars of this sort that were kept as second or third vehicles in the fleet or play things for the beach house.

Red was always a curious color on the W124, as the brightness of this hue tends to clash a bit with the conservative lines. On the convertible it works a bit better given that the cloth roof breaks up the amount of red. One bit issue that would have to be cleared up is whether the wiring harness, with it insulation prone to failure, has had the proper replacement. Otherwise, this looks to be a rather clean example that fetch somewhere in the low to mid $20k range.

    Not to be too big of a nitpicker, but…
    Signal Red was discontinued in ’93 – ’94 on they switched to Imperial Red.
    Not as bright as Signal with more of a bluish cast.
