I’m not sure what to make of the Porsche Panamera. Does it get a pass because it is a Porsche and we find things we like about it and ignore the rest? Or is it just a good car that coincides with what we like about Porsche? Probably a little bit of both, but since its launch in 2009, it has always been more of an afterthought in the Porsche lineup and even more so with the introduction of the Taycan. Now that they are very much just “used cars,” is it worth looking into over the competitors from BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Audi?

From the looks of this base 2014 Panamera, it seems to have been loved in a previous life. You don’t put the expensive Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires on the 20″ wheels if you are being cheap. Carbon Grey Metallic over Luxor Beige is as basic as it comes, but it does have some other goodies like bi-xenon headlights, ParkAssist, Land Change Assist, and Bose audio.
This one comes in at $33,000, which is probably right in the ballpark. Although there really isn’t a rapid fanbase of Panamera owners (I might regret that statement) meeting up every Sunday morning at the local Krispy Kreme to do 100-mile drivers through the mountains, the badge carries weight and value here. Probably not for me, but maybe something to think about if you need a four-door sedan in your life.

Mom says avoid used cars from FLA at all costs, especially stealerships.
I agree with Jane Doe…other that that…these are pretty nice cars and basically competitors for similar Merc 4 doors…comes down to personal preference. At least they cleaned up the original styling a bit.
