2012 Porsche 911 Club Coupe

You might have a rare car, but do you have one of 12 rare? Well, technically one of 13 but I’ll explain that in a second.

This is a 2012 Porsche 911 Club Coupe. The story goes that Porsche produced this to commemorate the first 13 Porsche club members in 1952. Based on the 991 Carrera S, all were finished in Brewster Green over Expresso Brown leather and were equipped with the Powerkit, SportDesign bodywork, 20″ wheels with matching spokes, PASM, ceramic brakes, the Bose audio system, adaptive headlights, front and rear parking assist, auto-dimming mirrors, and aluminum trim. 12 lucky owners were chosen from a Porsche club raffle, and one of the 13 cars stayed with Porsche for their collection. Sticker price was around $140,000 and judging by the asking price of this one, it was money well spent.

2018 Porsche 718 Boxster GTS

Very rarely does Porsche swing and miss. However, the early 718 Boxster GTS and Cayman GTS are probably a miss. When Porsche decided to go with turbocharged four cylinders for the 718 chassis, there were objections from fans. Loud objections. Porsche probably knew this but went with it anyway. There is a reason why they went with a flat-six for the GT4 and recently rethought GTS 4.0. That leaves the flat-four GTS examples in a real no man’s land given it was disappointing enough to be completely replaced mid-cycle. Not ideal.

Thankfully this 2018 Boxster GTS up for sale in California has the saving grace of being finished in paint-to-sample Brewster Green. This is one of my favorite colors in the entire PTS catalog and very rarely does it miss. Even on this orphan of a model.

2019 Porsche 911 GT2 RS

Ever dream about walking into a dealer, picking out the most expensive model, then clicking every box on the option list? Even more, add in a bunch of other special requests and options that aren’t even offered and tell them to build you that. Well, that is exactly what the original owner of this 2019 Porsche 911 GT2 RS did. On top of the $293,200 base price, this owner added another $149,340 in options for a total price of $442,540. Yes, that is correct. $149,340 in options, $92,250 of which were the coveted CXX “Special Wishes” that needed to be approved by Porsche. Of course, it is finished in paint-to-sample Brewster Green and the interior? Have you ever heard of Noto Green leather?

2018 Porsche 911 GT2 RS

Did you love last weeks Porsche 911 GT3 Touring painted in Brewster Green but maybe thought to yourself, “I need more excitement?” Well, don’t worry, because Porsche can fix that for you. This is a 2018 Porsche 911 GT2 RS painted in, you guessed it, Brewster Green. What exactly is it? A 3.8 liter twin-turbocharged flat-6 delivering 700 hp sent to the rear wheels via Porsche’s 7-speed PDK transmission. Compared to a Turbo S, it is 286 pounds lighter. This car has the $18,000 Weissach package which means you lose another 40 pounds thanks to a bunch of carbon fiber. Also, don’t forget the $13,000 magnesium wheels. The 0-60 time? 2.6 seconds. Quarter mile? 10.3 seconds. Can you drive it work on Monday morning? Yes. Will all of your co-workers hate you with envy? Also yes.

2018 Porsche 911 GT3 Touring

Back at it again with the paint-to-sample! Not to be outdone by last month’s Ruby Star 2018 Porsche 911 GT3 Touring, we have another GT3 Touring painted in a color that I love: Brewster Green. This isn’t quite British Racing Green and could also pass as black when looking at it at night, but it is just green enough for it to stick out. Much like Ruby Star, this color did not come cheap. $12,830 to be exact. Porsche gladly took all that money, sprayed the paint, and smugly said “You should be thankful we allowed you to give us this money.” to the lucky owner for this car. Like last month’s Touring, this car breaks the $200,000 mark for the asking price despite having a sticker price of $195,000. What gives?
