1993 Porsche 968 Coupe

The Porsche 968 just sort of occupies space in the world of Porsche. I don’t think anyone out there has them as their dream car, but they do make a little bit of a compelling case with their limited production, build quality, and good enough chassis dynamics and performance. Still, would you spend 911 money on one? Or even Cayman money? I’m sure if the price was low enough you could grab one, but I don’t think they bring enough to the table to say “Yes, I want to own a 968 for a long time.”

Today, we have a 1993 968 coupe up for sale in Rhode Island that has some good things going for it. Grand Prix White over Cashmere, 18″ Turbo-style wheels, and a timing belt service that isn’t immediately due. The best part? It isn’t very expensive.

2023 Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS

The Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS models are finally starting to roll out and people can not get enough of them. Well, those who can afford them. Just to refresh, these had a starting price of just a tag over $150,000 and the sky is basically the limit in terms of options. Naturally, the Weissach Package adds a quick $13,250 and several other things you wouldn’t think would cost a bunch of money, but actually does. Then of course is the markup. On the secondary market, sure, you can expect that. However, a Porsche dealer retailing the car as new with just 18 miles? Wait until you see this asking price.

2022 Porsche 911 GT3 Touring

A few weeks ago I stumbled across a 1980 Porsche 930 Turbo in one of my favorite paint-to-sample colors – Viola Metallic. It’s deep enough that it certainly looks like a special color and can blend in when needed without being so purple that it looks like Barney the Dinosaur driving down the road. Turns out I’m not alone as people are still dishing out large amounts of money to paint it on the current generation 911. And what better model than the GT3 Touring?

1987 Porsche 911 Carrera Coupe

Some cars just have all the juicy details. Today’s car is one of those. This is one of many G-Body Porsche 911 Carreras, but I can probably guess it is the only one finished in the very rare Lagoon Green Metallic over a leather-to-sample interior … and over 276,000 miles on the odometer. Where to even begin?

2020 Porsche 718 Spyder

I’ve said it before, but there is such a thing as too much when it comes to design and colors. Maybe doing 11 different colors on your build is about seven too many. Just because they offer it, doesn’t mean you should click the little box. Today’s car, a terrific 2020 Porsche 718 Spyder, maybe falls into that category of doing too much. Take a look and you’ll see what I mean.
