We have talked quite a bit about the menacing appearance of the Porsche 930. It is an appearance that fits naturally with the dynamics of the car itself, which long has had a reputation for punishing drivers who fail to show these machines the proper respect. That level of menace is turned up in a triple-black version of the car and here, with black RUF wheels, even the heightened levels of aggression from triple black have been increased. The seller clearly is attempting to show off the reflective qualities of the paint’s condition, but it would have been really nice to have at least one picture that simply lets us take in the full depths of that black exterior. If Darth Vader had a car, then this 1987 Porsche 930 Coupe would be it.

flywheel, new turbo and many other misc items. This 930 has been

tastefully and lightly modded over the years with only reversible

items that improve the way it handles and pulls! Slightly larger k27

turbo for faster spool and a bigger intercooler for better reliability.

Since being professionally lowered to euro specs with the addition of

the rennline strut bar the car not only looks better but handles tighter!

The exterior of this 911 shines like glass, looks absolutely amazing

with only one or two small blemishes throughout the entire car that go

virtually unnoticed. It has been fitted with genuine magnesium RUF

wheels powdercoated black and wrapped in brand new Hankook

Ventus v4’s. Interior remains for the most part all original and

absolutely stunning, with the exception of the genuine Prototipo

wheel.

The seller has not noted whether the original parts that were removed are available as part of the sale. Generally when that information has been omitted it is safe to assume those parts are not available, but it would be nice if they were. The asking price is in the neighborhood of where we typically see prices for completely original examples of a ’87 930 with this mileage so this is probably priced too high given the various modifications. The overall condition looks pretty good though and this 930 packs both a visual and performance punch that’ll provide thrills to most any driver.
