There’s been a lot of debate about the merits of this 997 Turbo’s predecessor, the 996 Turbo. As good a car as that was, the 997 Turbo like we see above cleared up a lot of the styling cues I found a bit unattractive in the 996. While air-cooled Porsche values continue to climb, it presents a good opportunity to give their water-cooled successors a whirl. With such low mileage and a stamped maintenance book, it’s a good way to enjoy near new levels of 911 Turbo performance at a discount.
