I’ve seen some pretty bizarre stuff, but this one might take it.
This is a 2020 Porsche 911 Carrera S wearing a black vinyl wrap and an interior that began life as black leather and has been transformed into something I don’t even like. Why people do this and think it’s a good idea is beyond me. Why people do this and think it actually adds value to a car is living on another planet. I’m ready to throw my hands up on this one.

If someone wants to wrap their Porsche matte black and add a bunch of lime green accents on it, go for it. If someone wants to reupholster their interior in “poison green” leather, it’s their money. However, to think that it actually increases the value of the car is totally mind-blowing to me. Even better, the car was in a “severe” collision with a median barrier that deployed airbags. What am I missing here?
$150,000 for this creation when factory 992 Carrera S examples are selling right now for over $25,000 less, and don’t have an accident history, feels delusional. I know this is for sale in Hollywood, Florida where something like this might appeal to someone, but I’m just left confused by this one. Please tell me I am not alone here.

Well it’s a show car so from that standpoint it’s perfectly fine and I am sure you could pay Porsche buckets of cash and spec a car like this from the factory…..but from a price standpoint yeah this is just silly !
that wrap is pretty terrible…maybe even worse than the interior…but 150K for a crash damage car….it is to laugh.
