I often wonder what comes of the W140 Mercedes-Benz coupe. They certainly aren’t as striking or stately as the previous generations, but they are extremely high quality and can still be used as a daily driver without issue. Production numbers went down as the generation aged, and trying to find a V12 example in the later years is extremely tough. Still, you can find a V8-powered car without too much work and judging by recent results, not too much money. Today’s example, a 1995 S500 coupe in Virginia is finished in the wonderful shade of Emerald Pearl, gets you into what seems to be a clean car without too many miles.

Amazing classic, rare color combination in that awesome shape
Judging by the handful of photos and literally eight words the seller has given us, this one doesn’t look too bad. A lot of these had tough lives once they got cheaper, but the cleaner ones are still running around in the wild. I love the green on this one and the tan interior I can probably live with. Looks like some typical wear on the wheels that can be cleaned up without too much work.
This one is priced at $15,000 and that seems a tad bit high for the miles. We’ve seen examples recently sell for that much the same price so I think there is probably some room here. Still, not a bad example at all if you can get the price down just a tad.

Nice car for 15K Considering a new shit box is $ 30-40K these days and they only seem to come in Black White Silver Grey or perhaps Red, this looks like a nice car or someone
