Green not your color? Well, if you are looking for something a little more sinister for a naturally sinister car, then maybe black can get it done. The 2018 Mercedes-AMG GT R has been a hit, probably even more so than people expected, and demand, along with prices, have reflected that. Rumor has it that production for the GT R would be limited to around 2,000 units, but of course those numbers can change if Mercedes feels the need. This GT R painted in Magnetite Black for sale in Florida actually comes in at one of the lowest prices I’ve seen a GT R for sale at and much cheaper than the green one I featured a few months ago. How much cheaper?

A few months ago I checked out a 1989 Mercedes-Benz 560SEC AMG Widebody that had everything and a price tag to match. Today’s car is styled similarly, but unlike that 560SEC, this one doesn’t have the same punch and thankfully no where near the same price tag. This is a 1983 Mercedes-Benz 500SEL. You are probably asking right now ”This is an AMG car, right?” Well, not really. See, this is a really nice European-spec 500SEL with some AMG body parts, AMG wheels and an AMG steering wheel. You might of noticed I left out the part about a massive engine. This car looks every bit the part of a really good pre-merger AMG car, but without the heart. The thing is, I’m totally fine with that.

12 CommentsNow that everyone is in holiday shopping mode and searching diligently for a good deal, I’d thought I’d throw this one out there. This is a 2007 Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG for $12,000. No, it isn’t smashed in the rear and you just can’t see it like some tricks some other eBay auctions try to pull. This is a perfectly functioning 6.2 liter V8 monster that normally trades around the $20,000 mark. Yes, it is $12,000 for a reason, but the pluses for this car might just outweigh the minuses. Let me explain.
